Abhivyakti Theater workshop has been conceived by PACT (India’s leading Theatre Company) for the purpose of promoting and strengthening excellence, access, and education in the theatrical arts and to create a vibrant performing art culture amongst children.

Purple Umbrella Theatre Festival has been conceived by PACT (India’s leading Theatre Company) for the purpose of promoting and strengthening excellence, access, across theatrical arts and to give a vibrant platform for performing companies across the world to showcase their talents.

These workshops are held throughout the year for both experienced actors and new students who want to learn theatre. A play is produced at the end of these workshops.

Our plays have participated in international theatre festivals in countries like Pakistan, Japan, Serbia, US, Canada and Dubai. It has performed in Subotica puppet theatre festival.

We make our contribution towards the society in our unique way. PACT has worked with war widow associations, for the Vrindavan widows and with the Delhi Metro, creating awareness campaigns through street theatre.

We work with schools for their annual day programs. Students are taught and given a glimpse of theatre through different exercises, activities and performances, and that culminates in a large scale show.

The teacher training programs enable the teachers ,not only to be more productive with his or her teaching methods but also to connect with the students at an empathetic level.
